Business overview
nLIGHT designs and manufactures high-power semiconductor and fiber lasers, with a vertically integrated chain running from semiconductor diode to fiber amplifier to beam-combined laser source. Its defense arm, nLIGHT Defense Systems, supplies high-energy laser sources for counter-UAS, counter-rocket and counter-missile missions across ground, naval, air and space platforms, alongside a legacy industrial and additive-manufacturing laser business.
